I like it when people don’t care about the way other people are at all. Like, let them be! And be honest with yourself: If you don’t like the way someone is presenting themselves, it’s ok! But you don’t have to go and tell them. You might even grow to like them.

Use the five minutes rule; if they can’t fix it in five minutes, then don’t bring it up.
